Cancellation Policy
At Everbloom Beauty Salon, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we kindly ask for your understanding of our cancellation policy.
1. Appointment Cancellations
To ensure smooth scheduling for all our clients:

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
2. No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without notifying us (a “no-show”), a 100% fee of the booked service may be charged.

Repeat no-shows may result in being asked to prepay for future services or denied further bookings.
3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and it may be considered a late cancellation or no-show.
